Recharge cards are very important consumable in our everyday life, and we can’t do without it. Millions of recharge cards are consumed on daily basis and so we discard the papers. It is important to note that every recharge card has important features namely: the PIN, REFERENCE NUMBER, BATCH NUMBER and the SERIAL NUMBER, these are the features that are used to trace the user of any card.

Security intelligent reveal that some criminal elements (Kidnappers, Bandits, Arm robbers etc.)  go to different recharge cards selling points on the street and pick up used recharge card papers. They take this used recharge card papers to the scene of their crimes and dump it around there.
